About the club
The club meets every month, on the 3rd Thursday, for a lunch at

Coffee mornings, also with members' wives/partners and widows (ie an opportunity to get to know one another better in the convivial atmosphere of some hostelry, or restaurant, and discuss possible future club events/outings etc - 2.50 per person), are held on the 1st Thursday of each month, except for July, August and September.
Each year, day outings are arranged with wives/partners/widows (eg a day trip to
France, visit to the
House of Commons, an evening members' skittles match, a members' croquet match, a luncheon trip on the Thames, a trip to the theatre, etc).
Average cost of day trips/events are around 20-30 per person. On occasion members of other local Probus clubs may be invited to join in, to make up numbers.
Cost
Annual subscription 10.
