Box corner

I love working with wood and enjoy making nice wooden boxes. Here a few of the boxes that I have made. I make various small wooden boxes from different hardwoods, some of which are inlaid with bandings - some are veneered, including jewellery boxes, pencil boxes and music boxes.

Why boxes?

I have always found wooden boxes intriguing. A wooden box invites you to discover what is inside it. Fine wooden boxes are particularly alluring; a well-made box entices you to touch all its surfaces and examine how it was made.
